Borough Market/umberella art/ architectural motifs

I was visiting London for the weekend and I had time to wander around the market before meeting friends. I am collecting architectural motifs to make mandala type designs. I also love the umbrella installation by the Brew Wharf Pub. I can’t seem to find any reference to who the artist is behind it
